Hunter's First Buck!Well, Thanksgiving was a success! Bryce killed his first Buck and it was a ten pointer for a ten year old! He was so excited but I think Bill was more excited than Bryce was. Bryce did kill a turkey also....so he was a little hunter this weekend!
The whole family stayed at the Ranch during the holiday and we had a great time. My sister and I went into town Thursday evening and had a "slumber party" with our 90 year old grandmother! We visited with her and once we got her to bed....we decided to go to sleep so that we could get up at 3:00 a.m to hit the road for "Black Friday". Yes, Brenda and I love to shop and yes, we made it up very early and shopped all morning....day and into the evening. My sister had more energy than I do as she even made it home to have a Garage Sale on Sat.
The Holidays are still rough without our sweet momma with us! But, we keep going on just like she would had wanted us too! We talk about her constantly and keep her memory alive! She still lives in each of us!
